REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

General

This refund policy applies to trainings, events (rallies, rides etc), goods and other that can be bought on this website (untamed.hr).

Training(s) and Events Entry Fees

Registrant is any person, team or third part whom successfully booked training or event organized by Sport Club UNTAMED.

All training or events cancellation requests must be made by the registrant in writing.

The registrant might be entitled to a refund in accordance with the following rules.

  • 80% refund will be granted to the registrant if the cancellation request is received by the organizer at least 90 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the training/event.
  • 50% refund will be granted to the registrant if the cancellation request is received by the organizer at least 45 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the training/event.
  • No refund will be granted for cancellation requests received by the organizers less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the training/event.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the training/event.

When the organizer cancel the training/event before its commencement or when the organizer changes the date of the rally less than 30 days before the start of the rally following rules apply:

  • the organizer is obliged to inform the registrant about the cancellation of the training/event without delay
  • the registrant is entitled of transfering the full amount of the previously paid entry fee as the entry fee for the first following training/event or to receive a refund of at least 90% of the entry fee
  • the organizer is entitled to reimburse from the registrant entry fee for necessary expenses incurred in connection with the receipt, recording, and refund of entry fee but not in the amount of more than 10% of the registrant’s entry fee
COVID-19

If a registrant withdraws from the rally for reasons related to Covid-19, the regular refund policy applies, without distinction.

Goods

To be eligible for a return,  item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intellectual goods
  • Consultation

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchase sent back to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send  an email to notify  the sender that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the sender of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to purchaser’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund isn’t received yet, purchaser should first check his bank account again.

Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If all of this is done and refund  have not received yet, purchaser should contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] 

Shipping returns

To return the product, purchaser should mail the product to our physical address.

Purchaser will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where purchaser live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the purchaser may vary.

Trackable shipping service is strongly recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
