Rally Raid and Training Registrations

We have a structured policy to ensure fairness while covering event preparation costs. Please read the terms carefully:

  • Full Refund (100%): Available if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the registration date.
  • Partial Refund (up to 80%): Available if the cancellation is requested more than 60 days before the rally or training date.
  • 50% Refund: Available if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the event.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rally or training are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of Cancellation: To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid documentation, such as photographs, medical records, or other evidence showing you are forced to withdraw.

Merchandise Returns and Refunds

Our policy for merchandise returns lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health or personal care items.

Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items
