Cancelation & Refund policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in written form to [email protected].

We have a structured policy to ensure fairness while covering event preparation costs. Please read the terms carefully:

Full Refund (100%): Available if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the registration date.
Partial Refund (up to 80%): Available if the cancellation is requested more than 60 days before the rally or training date.
50% Refund: Available if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the event.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rally or training are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of Cancellation: To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid documentation, such as photographs, medical records, or other evidence showing you are forced to withdraw.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Dinaric Rally.

If the organizer cancel the Dinaric Rally before its commencement or if the organizer changes the date of the rally less than 30 days before the start of the rally following rules apply:

the organizer will inform the contractor about the cancellation of the event without delay
the contractor is entitled to use the 100% of the previously paid amount as the entry fee for the first following Dinaric rally (or another event organized by UNTAMED) or to receive a refund of at least 90% of the previously paid amount
the organizer is entitled to reimburse from the contractor’s entry fee for necessary expenses incurred in connection with the receipt, recording, and refund of entry fee but not in the amount of more than 10% of the contractor’s entry fee.
